I have literally checked everything. Using most of my power supplies I get the 4 Blinken lights on constant No Power light. Got 4.5 Volts on all of the chips. If I use my bench supply I can get 5V on the chips if I up the Voltage to 5.9 Volts and the power LED lights but it still will not execute co...
