Re: Video Repeater

If you're interested, send me a PM. I think I'll sell them for €10 excluding shipping. That includes the PCB (green), all the ICs (I use the AM7205A), a socket for the AM7205A, caps, jumper, header pins. You'll have to solder it yourself. Shipping to Europe will be around €5 I think. And here's my G...

Re: Video Repeater

I have ordered 5 PCBs. I have bought enough components for the 5, will keep one to myself, the others I can provide for a small fee (I am not planning on making money on them). Latest stuff will come in the coming week I hope. Aliexpress has just become more expensive now Europe has agreed to charge...

Re: 10MHz, 12.5MHz and Beyond!

I have the 15MHz version here. It has a different SRAM (AS7C256A-10JCN) that is not available in DIP28, so it uses a small SOJ-to-DIP adapter board. The ROM is a fast 27C1024 EEPROM (containing the special ROM v3y). CLK2 is not used, CLK1 is split off to CLK2. The caps (C1 and C2) in the pierce osci...

Read this if you need support building your Gigatron

A thousand enthusiasts have succesfully built the Gigatron kit that we sold in the period 2018-2020. We feel that all things that might possibly cause problems are well known by now. Mind you, there were only several tens of support requests for those kits, which we are very pleased with and is than...

Re: New games for the Gigatron

Nice to see new games emerging on the Gigatron! Marcel and I hoped the Giagtron would be mature enough to get a bit of a software ecosystem around it. That it also spawns a lot of ideas about Gigatron-like other systems is nice as well, of course, but I don't see them as a Gigatron, but as a separat...

That sounds like a security precaution to prevent files that are being uploaded from being run by the webserver.
