Re: ROM switching:
Thank you very much for the detailed reply. I was looking for a way to add an external reset to the Gigatron without having to change the hardware on the motherboard. This does not seem to be possible. The MCP100 has a push-pull output. The goal was to be able to switch between ROM versions without ...

Re: ROM switching:
I have a question about the circuit. How is the /RST output of the Q1 (MCP100) connected? There is no real RESET input on the Gigatron?

ROM switch
Since I often have to change the ROM when testing different software. I built a ROM simple switch. You can find him here: https://github.com/hans61/gtrom It supports a 27C4002, can be programmed with a TL866II and can switch between four ROM versions. I'm also trying a switch with 27C160 and electro...

Re: gtmine [game]
The level is now selectable with the Start button. And the cursor repeats when the button is pressed. I have also enlarged the cursor a bit.

Re: gtmine [game]
I will try. I still don't find the input optimal. I would also find an auto repeat when moving the cursor keys good. I have to see how I find time.

gtmine [game]
I dared to make a game again. I tried to make a Minesweeper clone for the Gigatron. I called it gtmine. There is a 32k and a >=64k version. The 32k version I stole two horizontal lines to get memory. That is the only difference. gtmine.jpg It is playable with keyboard and gamepad. It runs on ROMv5a ...

Re: gtBASIC
Sorry, I had not noticed that the handling has changed. So the ROM also runs on my Gigatron.

Re: gtBASIC
Small correction. I have not tested Babelfish yet. This only makes sense with the current ROMvX0. But this one does not work for me. I haven't had time to look for the cause yet. And I am not sure if I am making a mistake. I also downloaded the latest software from here https://github.com/at67/ROMvX...

Re: MiniBOX [game]
Thanks for the great work. I just tried it out. I did not know it yet. I'll have to look at the rules of the game again. Keep up the good work.
