Re: Python Assembler Query - RAM labels
I'm writing some software ( Forth ) where i need to address RAM locations. I can see that the assembler allows labels for ROM locations, but how do we label RAM locations? Where data is trampolined from EPROM into RAM, how do we keep track of these by labels, and how to retrieve the labels? At the ...

Re: The Ultimate Acorn Archimedes talk
Nice find! My cookies told me I already watched it, but I half forgot about this talk. Indeed there are similar lines of thought popping up in several places. And it is always a bit hard to see things that were avoided unless somebody points them out. For me the best is that, after watching again, p...

Re: associate the .gt1 filetype for web autoloading
Don't take this wrong: As those surely are fine suggestions, mind that here we've come to expect the originator to take the lead on their own ideas and kickstart execution on them. This forum started as a show-and-tell place for a group of committed contributors, and we like to retain that spirit. A...

Re: v6502 mini-assembler in Apple-1 emulator
With recent commits the `@'-cursor has returned. This time its blinking rate and duty cycle are derived from the original schematics. In the Apple-1 a 555 timer does the blinking with R1=R2=10k and C=25uF. The vIRQ handler uses those characteristics, and I verified the result against a video I took ...
