Using an Arduino to fault find a Gigatron

Hi Folks.
A while ago I read an article where someone used a Arduino to plug into the ROM socket and that helped them define a issue with their Gigatron.

Unfortunately my Gigatron is not working and I am stuck trying to find the fault on it. If someone can point to the article I would be most grateful.

Thanks. It looks interesting.. but I cannot even get my Gigatron to even run yet
