Transferring GitHub repo ownership

Hi, anyone ever had to deal with GitHub support that might have a suggestion on what to try next? Earlier in the year I chatted with at67 and walter about getting some scripts set up on the Gigatron Discord to automatically post when the gigatron-rom repo has updates. It turns out that only the repo owner would be able to do so. Unfortunately, neither of them had repo ownership. I filed a support ticket but it hasn't gotten any response in the 9+ months since. Not having had any prior experience with this, I'm soliciting opinions from the forum on what to try next.
